1. Let me introduce myself. My name is Ihor. I’m sixteen years old. I’m at 10-th
grade.
2. I’m tall, slim,
dark-haired boy with blue eyes. I live in Bashtanka.
3. I have a brother and a sister.
4. My elder
brother Serhiy is twenty, he studies at the Kiev
National University, and he will be a lawyer.
5. My younger sister Olha is ten, she studies at school.
6. My Mum is forty-two, she is a Ukrainian teacher.
7. My Dad is forty-five, he is a computer
programmer.
8. My grandparents are already retired.
9. My Grandma likes gardening and Grandpa
likes fishing.
10. They live in our town and visit us at weekends.
11. I have many friends. We spend a lot of
time together.
12. We play football, volleyball and basketball.
13. In summer we like swimming in the ponds.
14. Besides school, I go in for sports. I
play tennis well.
15. It’s an exciting
game, and I like it very much.
16. Sometimes I take part in different
tennis competitions.
17. Soon I will graduate a school and I have
to choose a profession.
18. However,
I have many interests and hobbies, for example, sports, travelling, music.
19. So it’s not so easy to choose an occupation.
20. My parents want me to be a computer
programmer, like my Dad.
21. But I’m not sure because I’m not very
good at Mathematics.
22. I like computer games, I like to surf
the Net, to communicate with people in different social nets and forums.
23. I even have my own blog. But I don’t
want a computer programming to be my profession.
24. Also I like tennis, but I don’t want to
be a professional sportsman.
25. You can ask me, why? Because I have
another passion!
26. I’m fond of travelling so I’d like to
work for a tour company.
27. I dream
to visit all countries throughout the world and to see all sightseeings and
great places.
28.I hope my dreams will come true!
