підготуватися до контрольної роботи з говоріння: вивчити монолог про улюблену українську страву "My favourite Ukrainian dish" (обсяг висловлення - 10 речень).

1. My favourite food is borshch.

2. It is a traditional Ukrainian dish.

3. Borshch is very tasty and useful.

4. You may eat it hot or cold.

5. My mum’s borshch is the best borshch I’ve ever eaten.

6. To cook this dish we need: meat, beetroots, carrots, onions, potatoes, a head of cabbage, pepper, tomatoes, greens, salt and sour cream.

7. Borshch is especially delicious with sour cream.

8. It is served with dark bread or pampushky with garlic.

9. There are a lot of vitamins in borshch.

10. I like borshch most of all.

9. I can eat them every day.
