1. First aid is the help you can give to someone who is
hurt or injured before an ambulance or a doctor arrives.
2. First aid may save lives.
3. People
usually call an ambulance when they are seriously ill or when they have serious
complications.
4. People are taken to hospital in case of an accident or
when they need a surgery or special treatment.
5. If you want to have a long and healhty life you must go
in for sports, eat healhty and fresh food, be active without bad habbits.
6. Your health depends on your way of life.
7. The way you behave also influences greatly your health.
8. Life is really given as a gift.
9. We must value every moment of it.
10. Our actions influence our health and the health of
everyone around us.
11. The six components of our health are physical,
emotional, social, mental, spiritual, environmental.
12. So think before you do you actions or say your words.
13. Build effective relationships with your relatives,
friends and you will be happy, healthy and wealthy.
