Homework for Thursday, 28.11.19: prepare a monologue "My favourite TV programme":

1. Ukraine has got a talent is a Ukrainian reality show on the STB channel.

2. It is a talent show that features singers, dancers, sketch artists, comedians, and other performers of all ages.

3. Performers are offered a chance to win a prize of 1 million Ukrainian hryvnias.

4. Top contestants are advanced by three judges to the finals where the audience and TV viewers will vote for a winner.

5. This TV show debuted in April 2009.

6. The three judges were Vladyslav Yama, Slava Frolova and Ihor Kondratiuk.

7. The host of the programme was Oksana Marchenko.

8. Contestants Kseniya Simonova and Anastasia Sokolova were revealed by this show.

9. The first season was won by artist Kseniya Simonova, for sand animation.

10. The show is now in its sixth season with two new judges: Hector Jimenez-Bravo and Viacheslav Uzelkov.

11. Participants may enter of any age and residence.

12. Voting is determined by SMS.

13. Viewers can send messages over the news release (in the semifinals), or in the finals during the week, and vote for the names of 10 finalists.

My favourite TV programme

8. It is interesting to watch how they compete.

9. The host of the programme is Alla Kostromicheva.

10. She is a famous Ukrainian model.

11. She took part in different world fashion shows.

12. My favourite contestant is Sasha Litvin.

13. She is the prettiest girl to my mind.

14. I like this TV show very much.

15. This show encourages us to be insistent and ambitious.

16. I try not to miss this TV programme.
