At the Kids’ Camp

1. I’d like to tell you about the kids’ camp where I was at the end of August. It was just a month ago.

2. This camp is called “Chaika” or “Gull” in English.

3. It is situated in the village of Lazurne not far from Skadovs’k. And I was three weeks there.

4. I enjoyed to rest in a beautiful countryside on the banks of the Black Sea.

5. The weather was fine. The sea was nice and warm.

6. We spent a lot of our time on the beach.

7. We bathed and swam in the sea, lay in the sun and played different games.

8. Volleyball was the most popular game among the children.

9. I made many new friends from some towns of Mykolaiv region.

10. I also had a good opportunity to attend different clubs and sections.

11. I was very active and took part in many contests.

12. By the way, I participated in some sports competitions too.

13. In the evenings we went for a walk around the camp and dropped in at a party hall.

14. Once we visited “Green Farmsteads of Tavria”.

15. Everybody enjoyed this trip very much.

16. When        it was time to go home, I was sorry to leave this camp and especially my new friends.
