Poem "Bon Voyage"

Over the mountains,                          Over the river,

Over the plains,                                  Over the bays

Over the rivers                                   Ferryboats travel

Here come trains.                               Every day.

Carrying passengers,                         Watching the seagulls,

Carrying mail,                                    Laughing with friends

Over the country                                I'm always sorry,

Here come trains.                               When the trip ends.

Text "Travelling by plane":

1. It is very interesting to travel.

2. You can see other countries, continents; you get acquainted with other people, their traditions and customs.

3. Travelling by train is usually chosen by people who have enough time to get from one place to another.

4. Travelling by air usually preferred by people who haven’t got much time and want to get to another city, country or continent as quickly as possible.

5. In my opinion, travelling by plane is the best way of travelling.

6. It is the fastest, the most comfortable and convenient.

7. I like it very much.

8. Of course, there are some advantages and disadvantages.

9. First, I would like to tell you why I like it. It is very nice to be on a plane.

10. You can sit looking through the window or reading a book, or watching an interesting film on the portable DVD player.

11. Stewardesses serve snacks and drinks.

12. Some people suffer from airsickness.

13. Others think about air-crashes or hijackers. And planes make them nervous.

14. As for me, I always have a good time on board and enjoy it.
